Work of Art

I haven't had time to play with many of my new sets yet so I thought I'd show you a few more examples from my launch event.  I had a lot of fun playing with this stamp set - it's so versatile and can be used in  so many ways to create quick, simple cards.

This was one of my make and take projects.  A really simple card using just a few colours that compliment each other and then combining work of art with another favourite stamp set and punch - Papillon Potpourri and the Bitty Butterfly punch.

Time to start again

Well - it's been a while since I last posted  - a lifetime I hear some of you say!  I will be posting more regularly from September - but it's been so long I thought I better try and see if I can remember how!

So - I am still crafting and still a Stampin Up demonstrator!  The new catalogue has just launched so I will try and show you some of the the cards I have made.

I made this scrapbook page using the fantastic Work of Art stamp set and 3 of the lovely new in colours - tangelo twist, hello honey and lost lagoon.  I threw in a little so saffron and soft suede and voila!

Colour Refresh!

From Stampin' Up!

In 2010 when we did our big colour renovation we shared our plans for smaller colour refreshes every three to five years to keep our colours on trend. Well it has been three years and we are excited to announce that the upcoming 2013–2014 annual catalogue will include 10 new colours (most of which are returning In Colors® from previous years)!

WOW!!  Isn't it great to have a heads up!  How great is it that we are keeping so many great colours from the 1012/13 in colours, but if you love any of the retiring colours as much as I do - then you might need to check out your stock levels!  When the card, inks, ribbons etc in these colours sell out that will be it - they may not make it to the retirement list in June.

Hello and Happy New Year!

It's been a little while since I last posted so there is lots to tell...

First - don't forget to book your classes as spaces are limited.  This month my classes are on Thursday 24th and Thursday 31st January.  We will be making cards using the fabulous and very versatile Papillon Potpouri - as well as one or two of the SAB Sets and not forgetting a valentines bonus!  So lots of reasons to book your space.  Classes cost £17.50 with a £14.00 credit to spend on the lovely goodies from the catalogues.

Talking of SAB...  Sale-a-bration starts on January 22nd and runs through til 22nd March.  This year there are 11 (yes eleven) different products - 8 of which are exclusive to SAB - that you can choose between for free if you place an order for £45.  If you host a party during sale-a-bration and your guests spend £150 - you also get a free pack of the fabulous silver glimmer paper in addition to the usual hostess benefits.  So if you are interested - drop me a line with some dates and we can get planning!

Talking of catalogues...  this is the last month that you can order all of the items from the Autumn/Winter seasonal catalogue - so don't forget to stock up on all your favourite items.  But of course - one catalogue ending means a new one is on the way!  The Spring/Summer catalogue launches on 1st February - jam packed with lovely new products.  To celebrate, Pip and I are holding a launch party on Saturday 9th February.  There will be a chance to pick up the new catalogue - free make and takes and better yet - a Stampin' Up! Sale!  So why not come along - browse all the discontinued items and have some fun.  Tell your friends and book your free place!
